Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AuraWallet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Non-Custodial Service

AuraWallet is a non-custodial wallet application. Your private keys and seed phrase are generated and stored exclusively on your own device. We have no access to your keys, funds, or transactions at any time.

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your 24-word recovery phrase
• Keeping your password secure
• Verifying recipient addresses before sending
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency transactions

Lost recovery phrases cannot be recovered. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

3. Fees

AuraWallet charges no service fee. You pay only the standard network (miner) fee required by each blockchain, which is displayed transparently before confirmation and goes entirely to the network — not to AuraWallet.

4. Limitation of Liability

AuraWallet is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from loss or compromise of your recovery phrase or password
• Transactions sent to incorrect addresses
• Network failures, congestion, or blockchain reorganisations
• Bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in the software or underlying libraries
• Actions of third-party services (blockchain APIs, explorers, etc.)

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing in AuraWallet constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency carries significant risk. Always conduct your own research.

6. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use AuraWallet.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AuraWallet for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AuraWallet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
